My SIM card randomly says unregistered?

My sim randomly just went unregistered for no reason my bill isn't due yet and idk what to do.

If it keeps doing it then try a new SIM Card and see if the cards just going.

Do you have a friend or family member who has a Koodo phone?
Try to test your sim card on them.
If it still have same problem, your sim card are likely defective. (add : and you need a new sim card)
If there is no issue, your phone (sim tray/reader) might have problem. Then you can bring it to a Koodo kiosk and ask them if they can send it repair under warranty.

Well I don't know anyone that is with koodo too and my phone isn't on warranty it's a samsung galaxy ace

You said you just got the sim card, right? I would go back to the store and ask them if you can exchange to new sim card If it's been like this...
