my s5 is having glitches. if i just bring it into the kiosk can they get me a replacement?

the phone takes a long time light up the screen, sometimes it wont answer calls and it randomly turns on in my pocket, the charger cover fell off. I have only had it for a month. will koodo replace this phone?

Normally, if you purchased it at a Koodo Kiosk within the last 30 days, Koodo can replace a defective model with another of the same model, at no additional charge. But if the charger cover fell off and wont go back on they might rule the phone user damaged and the warranty will be void.

But, before going through the hassle, try factory reseting the device since most of your issues seem to be software related.
