My prepaid plan is not activating

Yesterday I paid my prepaid plan at the koodo store. I activated my plan on the web site and I received a message on my phone "The voucher has been redeemed successfully" but I cant send any message, or call anyone yet. And also on my profile it says that my account is expired. I already tried to do all the process of activation again but it says that my voucher was already used. What can I do now??

Hi there...

Is this a new activation or you were tying to renew the base plan?

If it is a new activation, When you were activating, did you follow all the steps till the end when it gives you a confirmation that the line was successfully activated?

If it is not a new activation, I will recommend you to call Customer Service to see what happened, if the voucher was successfully redeemed, it should be on the system and you will get an answer why it is not working...
