Hi, I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S2X from this company in January 2013, and it is having troubles. It won't turn on all the way, or when I do get it on, it will just shut off. I have a tab balance of $112 remaining on it. How does this work? Can I trade it in?? Get a replacement?? I'm just frustrated because I need my phone to work properly, especially since I am living on my own, away from any family.

Has it always done this or has it just recently started? anyways Samsung does offer a 1 yr warranty on its hardware. Alternatively you can use what you hve paid off on your tab to go towards a new phone. If you are on TAB small you can see if you qualify for TAB medium or Large as well to upgrade your phone

@Daniel Hryb, This just started yesterday out of no where? I don't live in the city, but do you recommend me taking it in to a Koodo Store?

@Leah

I would recommend calling Koodo (*611 from your phone) and talking with them about the issues you are expirencing. They can initiate a warranty claim if needed or direct you to go to a Koodo store if required

Or you can go to nearby Koodo store to check the phone and ask if you can use your warranty and repair it. (If your phone has physical damage, it will not be covered under warranty)

To elaborate, Mayumi doesn't mean normal wear and tear. She's talking about broken screens, SIM trays, water damage, etc.
