Hi Dale !

Supposedly, it should work, is your phone Koodo phone, if not, verify APN it should be set to: sp.koodo.com, MMS should be set to http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/koodo/... and this number (+16475800172) on messaging center, enable Data, Powercycle and try again

Hi Dale

download the Nokia Network setup app. here; Network Setup

Once it is installed it should allow you to select your carrier and it will set the APNs for you

Well that is odd, wonder why that is, as it is meant for Nokia on WP 7.5.
Well you might have an issue then as if i recall correctly you cannot manually enter the APN info for MMS on WP7 only the data apns.
You may want to give tech support a call to see if they can assist, if I do remember correctly about you not being able to manually enter the mms APN info

I beleive there is a Firmware update to 7.8 for that phone. You may want to check to see if you're running the latest firmware, if not update it and try again. Here's a link on how to update the firmware.

http://www.nokia.com/global/support/s...

On the older firmware you could not edit the MMS portion of the APN for some insane reason, without the tool. but I believe you can indeed edit the APN with 7.8 installed.
