If it's the LG Optimus One, you'll need to get into recovery and run a factory reset.

If it's the Optimus Black, getting into recovery is near impossible without the LG support software which according to what I'm reading on Google doesn't work correctly. If you're under warranty, I would suggest getting in warranty service thru koodo. If you're out of warranty I'm afraid not much can be done.

If, As Ahmad asked, you're rooted:

Open recovery and delete the Dalvik cache and the cache partition and attempt a restart. Didn't work? Back in to recovery and re flash your rom if it's a custom rom.
If that didn't work:
If you have a Nand backup (and you should) restore it.

no idea what rooted is or how to get into recovery. tried taking out sim and restarting etc stupid yellow screen and no response to anything
