My Google play store won't load any picture icons, and it won't let me download anything, when I try it says "package file if invalid". Why?

Not sure how this is Koodo related in any way, since the playstore is considered a 3rd party service.

Are you using a koodo phone or an unlocked device you brought from elsewhere?

It's a known issue and there's no known solution as of yet, although there are a couple of temporary 'fixes' to try.

Clear the cache for Google play services. Uninstall app - re-install app. Remove the proxy address from your APN.

Have you tried removing your GMail account from the device then adding it back?

I have already done that but no dice. In fact, even our TwLauncher isn't responding too. Can't open/access Google either! What is wrong with the system? Apparently, we aren't the only ones w/ this problem!!!!

If the launcher isnt working and you're experiencing other difficulties it may be a good idea to perform a factory reset. Backup your pictures and document first because a factory reset wipes your device.

It could be that theres no more storage left or all kinds of other issues.

The factory reset is located in settings... Backup and reset.

If you can't access those you may need to boot to recovery mode. Getting to that menu depends on which Samsung device you have.
