My first name that register on the website is wrong.

My koodo phone was given to me by the my friend for others left day.
but my first name must be register on the website incorrectly after I called to them for swiching phone owner. Every time i try to register on koodo website, I could't.
They kept to indicate info that incorrect about my first name.
What should I do?
Help me.

Did you and your friend actually do a Transfer of Ownership? To PROPERLY have it transferred into your name, your friend would have had to call customer service to start the transfer by giving them your name. Then you would have to call back and complete the transfer by providing 2 pieces of ID for a credit check and if passed, the line would be in your name.

To add something on Ahmad's comment... If the line is already under your name after the transfer of reponsability, you can always contact 611 and get the self serve profile deleted and recreated to avoid conflicts online... There must be some accounts or names linked that dont allow proper usage

I did call to sustomer service with my friend and I served my ID and credit info to them. Fineally he said that now that phone became mine.
but i don't understand it happend situation.

Call *611 again and tell them that it's not working for you when you try and register and they can assist you from there.
