Why is my bill 12:50 when I have a plan of 50:00 dollars per month plus taxes? Cannot get on the self serve can you help me please.

If your plan is $50 and your bill is only $12.50 that means you had a credit due on the account which has been applied to this month's bill. Rejoice.

Also, if you still somehow can't get your password/reset it, you can call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone (free call!). They can't reset your password and explain your bill to you at the same time. No one here can access your account to explain your bill to you
