My usage is not showing when I log into the Koodo website even though I am half way through my billing cycl cycle.

My billing cycle started Dec 26, but I am unable to see any usage information on Jan 12.  Is there a glitch on the website?

Yes, there is a glitch Carolyn, we are in midst of fixing it, hopefully it will be back to normal very soon.
