My tab was refunded 3 months late. I should have a positive tab as I had been paying it for 3 months unnecessarily!

My tab was refunded 3 months late. My balance is now at zero. However, I should have a positive tab as I had been paying it for 3 months unnecessarily!

I returned a phone to Koodo online, it took them three months to stop charging me for the tab. My tab has been now set to $0. However, I was paying $15/month for 3 months towards the tab. Therefore, I should be either refunded $45 or have a $45 credit on my tab.

Did the amount of refund included $45 too?  Can you check the amount on your credit card statement?
Also, can you check page 2 of your Ebill ?  "Previous charges and payments" should show you Payment received day and credit/adjustment.

Contacting Koodo on Facebook is probably the best way to get your Tab refunded, if you are positive a mistake has been made on your bill. We are all volunteers here and although we try to help where we can, we have no insight in your account. So it's not that we don't care, it's more than we probably couldn't help you :)
