My service suspended due to suspicious usage but it happened on the 1st day I bought this Koodo sim

Hello Dear, My Koodo service suspended since the day I bought your kodoo sim with iPhone 7 plus. I'm stucked here as I arrived in Toronto in 8th January & I am an international student. Why my service suspended I don't know. Could you please restore my service. I did call your customer care 5 times & sent email along with my 2 peace of ID 2/3 times. But they didn't help me & said to wait. I'm desperate here.
/ already 13 days gone and waiting again!!! You can't imagine the trouble I am having for this as I'm new in Canada & need a sim badly !!!

I'd say call in and escalate.  Speak to a manager and have them get back to you

I bought my phone along with the Koodo service & paid the upfront. I called them many times but all the time they said " you have to wait for 48 h" I am new in Canada so I had no other number. I gave them one of my friends number every time I called / email them but they didn't contact me

It seems you already commented in another thread so it's likely as was said, being related to having your account suspended until they confirm you are you. The wait time for this varies greatly and little can be done until it's done. It's definitely frustrating. Absolute worst case you can get prepaid service to do calls locally for the time being and use other options to speak to family back home. 13 days is definitely excessive.

My iPhone is locked with Koodo & I don't have any other phone right now. Will my iPhone support another Koodo prepaid sim?

Yes it will work with any Koodo Telus or public Mobile Sim.
