My self serve app won't show my billing information

When I try to look at my bill on the self serve app it keeps coming up with a error message and won't show my bill. Any idea why, I've tried for the last 3 days.

Have you tried using the Web version, we're you able to see your bill there?

I've just switched to koodo and this is my first bill. Always been able to log into the app but now its showing a different error about not being able to retrieve my Information. I'll try the web version.

You do have data block on your account, have you tried the app in wi-fi?
