I am not currently a koodo member but would like to switch if I could potentially keep the same phone number ? again I said my screen is cracked and just finished paying my phone out with another phone company.

Yes, you could keep your number when moving to Koodo. You can ask people in store to "port" your number from another carrier in. You would need the name on the account, you number, Your account number/PIN of the previous carrier to port,

I also am an iPhone carrier and cannot log into my icloud so I hoping I wouldn't need to change my number to have to get another icloud account

Hi Marie,
The iCloud is an Apple thing. It is not from a cellular carrier. Which carrier you were with before?

PIN number is a 4/6 digit to access your previous carrier account. However if you don't know it, you can theĀ  "account number" from the previous cellular carrier to port into Koodo.

Then you could provide those (the account number, your name and phone number) to port Bell number into Koodo. To activate a new line (and porting) with the promo plan, you would have to visit a Koodo-related store. The promo will be expired at the end of today, just fyi.
