My right ear headphone jack is not working properly.   Left ear works fine.  Right ear no sound.   Tried several suggested methodologies to alleviate this issue.  Waited for latest software update and installed.  I am thinking this may be a hardware issue.  What do I do next?  How can I get the phone replaced?

Forgot to mention.   Tried headphones on a different Samsung 6 and it works fine, eliminating the headphones as the issue.

Have you tried multiple pairs of headphones to see if its the headphones themself?

When did you get your phone?

Bring it to your local Koodo kiosk and they can send it for repair. They will contact you if it's not covered such as water damage or abuse but anything else should be covered if with the one year warranty period.

Check the headphone port to make sure there's nothing in it like lint.
Also check your settings. (Somewhere like Accessibility, Hearing, Mono). Make sure mono is turned off.

hi Blair,
Some phone do have the option to change the balance of left/right headphone volume. I would check your accessibility option or any apps that had access to it. It could well be the cause. Also I would suggest you check your headphone jack and see if there is any thing inside.
