My referral link keeps giving me this error

My referral link keeps giving me this error when I try to refer someone: "Something went wrong. Please try again later or contact us at koodomobile@support.sparkrefer.com and we'll help sort this out for you." Can someone tell me what the problem is? My bill is up to date and I've been with Koodo for well over 3 months.

If it didn't come through, I would suggest you send email to that email and see what they say.

Nobody knows why you're getting that error. You can keep waiting and try again every so often to see if the problem corrects itself. I would contact them through the link and they should be able to help you out.

I did contact them thru the link but they take forever to reply and I needed the referral this weekend.

Koodo 's emails are notoriously slow to respond. Facebook seems to be quicker. You can try that and explain the delay due to not getting a support response and they might be able to honour it then.
