My rate plan changed to a different rate after it got processed online.

Hello, I changed my plan from 59/mo: 1GB, unlimited text and calls to 80/mo: 4GB, unlimited text and calls. I processed this plan online. I checked my Plan Overview to double check that it changed and noticed that my NEW rate showed as 100/mo... but this is not the rate I had chosen. Why did my plan change to the wrong rate when I had clicked 80/mo for 4 GB.. ?

Maybe a glitch? Can you try it again? When I look I see 4gb is 80 and 8 is 100. This is weird.

Hello Goran, I just refreshed and signed in again. It’s still showing as 100/month.

It’s very weird, at the bottom it shows my ‘next monthly bill’ as $109 rather than $89. So I don’t think its a glitch.
Any other suggestions?

@Emily, I see the $80 4gb plan on your account. Not sure it shows $100 online. I will monitor your account today though to see if things change, but don't worry we'll look after it.

Still showing $80 as it supposed. We don’t even have a $100 4gb plan, that’s why I’m stumped. I will look when your bill gets generated to make sure things are all right. Don’t you worry Emily!
