My previous prepaid account was deleted, and now it won't let me register with the same email address

It is telling me that my email address is not available when I try to create a new prepaid account with my new SIM card, but I can't log in with that email address because it's telling me the account was lost.

Ooh... it takes a while for an email address to be purged from the system, Katelyn. You can send a PM to Koodo on Facebook to ask them to speed that up for you, or you could sign up with another email address and change it after a few months when the system cleans itself up :)
