My plan won't renew when though it took my money​and it won't change my base plan

I put money on my account and changed my base plan. It didn't change my plan to only took the money for of plan but it still won't even let me have my old plan. It did the same thing to me last month. Now I have no phone services and I am missing work as I am self employed and use my phone to find work. No customer service is available. I'm getting very frustrated.!!!!!

Hi Sharon,

Customer service is available during weekend, you just need to call during their opening hours. Something clearly went wrong with your account, so giving Koodo a call would be the best thing.
