I got a $30 plan yesterday from Scarborough yesterday and according to the plan I get up to 100 anytime minutes does that mean even if I go in the Niagara region I wont get any extra charges as long as if I keep my minutes to a minimum.

The one thing to remember, if you only got your phone just yesterday that the first month is prorated. This means that you won't get all 100 minutes but you also don't pay for a fulling. Your first bill will have a partial month plus a full month in advance. This should have been explained to you when you got your phone.

And 100 anytime minutes means both incoming calls and outgoing calls use your minutes.
(It won't use your minutes during your unlimited Evenings and weekends.)
