My phones data and wifi aren't working. At first, I thought it was just a problem with my wifi box, so I plugged and unplugged it multiple times, still nothing. All the computers in my house are working perfectly fine as well. So I tried restarting my phone. Nothing. Then I tried turning off wifi and using my data instead but still got the same blank response. It shows that it's connected and has 3 bars for my wifi, and I have full bars of service for data, so I'm confused as to why it isn't working. It's most likely an issue with my phone (iPhone 6s),but does anyone know how I can fix this?

Have you tried "Forget this Wi-Fi network", and re-installing it?

You haven't put it in Airplane mode in error?

Have you restarted your phone?

Sorry to hear your having this issue. I see that you stated you have restarted your phone and it still is not working. I would recommend backing up your phone in Itunes or via Icloud.

If "forgetting this network" doesnt work. You can try a factory reset of your phone. That will fix it most of the time! Best of luck

Try resetting network settings. Tap Settings > General - scroll down to and tap Reset. Tap Reset Network Settings and again, tap Reset Network Settings. Your iPhone 6s will reboot and you'll need to re-enter your Wi-Fi password. This may also clear up the issue you're having with data.
