Hi Amanda, you can not send photos and video texts over wifi it needs to be sent received over your data connection.
Also make sure your APN settings are set to those of Koodo's specifications. See below

Port: 80

Username: leave blank

Password: leave blank

Server: leave blank

MMSC: http ://

MMS Proxy server:

MMS Port: 80

MCC: 302

MNC: 220

Authentication type: No set

APN type: No set

Tap menu key, then tap Save. Make sure the radio button is selected to activate data. The frequencies are compatible so it should work.

If the APN settings are correct and you cannot send MMS, then there might be another problem. Have you ever succeeded sending MMS before?

PS : Paul she said her data was already on.

Yeah that is at the end of a canned response if it's already on the user can just ignore that one sentence at the end of the paragraph.

Turn off wifi while dealing with the picture part of messages. Some phones will auto-disconnect from mobile data when wifi is available. A mobile data connection is necessary for the pictures to work.

I'm having the same problem. Can send messages but pictures don't work. I just moved my SIM card to a new phone (LG G4) and since then pics don't get sent.

I've got the APN settings added and turned data on and turned Wi-Fi off and reset network settings but still a problem.
