I'm in South Africa from the next month. My phone was stolen. I've got a monthly account. I've read that I should "suspend" my account until I get back. I don't see that option in Self serve. Help

Login to self serve > View rate plan > Scroll down and Report your lost or stolen phone > Submit/Suspend your phone
