My phone suddenly won't connect to the server, it says "no service", so I can no longer make or receive calls or texts. I only see the option to call Koodo to report it, but obviously I can't do that with this issue. My phone bill is paid in advance until next May so it's not a billing issue and I haven't done anything to my phone. When I try to text, it says "no usim card". Anyone know how to submit this issue to Koodo? I need it resolved asap!
