Same problem here. I have the $50 base plan - unlimited calling and unlimited text messages. I can send and receive text messages but cannot make calls. I get this message when I attempt to make outgoing local calls: "We cannot complete your call. You do not have an active booster and this call is not covered by your base plan."
What is going on? I am extremely pregnant and I ABSOLUTELY need the ability to make outgoing phone calls. HELP!
Hi there, we don't have any reported issues at the moment but maybe we are not aware of it yet. The best is to call our technical support so we can have a look into it.
