My phone says call failed when I try to call out. My account is good but I recently traveled to the us. How do I find out if my account suspended

First try restarting your phone and see if that fixes your issue

If you paid your bill on time every month, you should not be suspended

You should be able to log in to your self serve account to see if its in good standing.

If your problem isnt account related, did you manually selected a network to connect to while in the US? If you did make sure you either set it back to automatic or manually select Koodo.

If you phone still not working after the reboot, you'll need to reconnect to the network.

Settings--More networks--Mobile Networks-- Network Operators-- Select Automatically.

If not solved, try your SIM in another device to make sure it's not defective, because even if your account is suspended you  should be able to call *611.
