I was trying to phone someone, the operator says my phone is not activated to the network. I don’t have cellular data as well. I was wondering if they cut my line or what, I just paid my phone bill earlier or they should notify me first if their cutting my line. I’m just wondering what to do about these. If they cut my line, how come I still have signal. Hope you can help me, I can’t use my phone thats why I can’t call the customer service of Koodo.

They try calling you if they're going to cut your line but if you don't answer they cut it or they did to my wife before. If you had a bill that was overdue or your reached the maximum overage costs allowed under FCC rules they could also cut you off but you'd be warned with texts of that.

You can try turning your phone off and taking the SIM Card out for a minute then replace it and see if the SIM just wasn't seating properly in the SIM tray.

You can check your self serve account online and see what's up as well.
