I have only had my phone for about 14 months. Now it will not charge at all nothing works tried another charger same result. spent a lot of money expected a much better phone.. what can you do

Sadly, phones sometimes go wrong, Anthony. What phone is it? If it is the Moto G, chances are it just get too empty to charge right away, the good news is there might be nothing wrong with your phone after all - but we can troubleshoot easier if you tell us what phone you have :)

That's a bummer :( Try bringing it to a kiosk, and have them check it out. Unfortunately, your warranty may have ended though.

Also, you might be lucky and have one of the phones with a replaceable battery - if you can't get it to charge, might be worth trying to replace the battery. Although...14months is not the average battery life...unless it sustained too much use (ie 100->0% EVERY day) as these Li-Ion batteries have around 500 full cycles lifetime.

Even if it's a non-user-removable battery, it can still be replaced. The costs of this aren't all that high, usually.
