my phone broke in my pocket last night at work. theres no cracks in the screen and i didn't drop it. it was in my pocket the entire time and as soon as i tried to use it after work it was just a black screen with occasional flicker. do i have to pay off the full phone to get a new one, because i didn't break the phone myself

If you're certain that you didn't physically damage it and the screen crapped out on its own without being damaged from being in your pocket, call Koodo or go to a kiosk to use your warranty If it has been less than a year since you bought your phone. D you purchase any extended warranty protection? Beware they might decide that it was your fault anyways and you might have to pay to have it fixed. It happens unfortunately.
nevermind, i think the internal screen broke inside of my pocket. pretty unlucky

You'll have to visit the store and see if it's covered by the warranty, but if not, yes you will have to pay off the full phone to get a new one.
