hi Neethu,
So did they give out the reason? and what would you like to do next? (getting a phone or a plan?)
You would need the reason and fix it before reapplying.

Make sure the address of your credit card exactly matches that you used on the Koodo order form.

How did they let you know this? Did they give recommendations for a solution?
The koodo mail said, for more information you can contact equifax or transunion directly.
Why it is so? I'm a new credit card user.

If they're asking you to contact one of those companies then that likely means there is a problem with your credit.
I'd go ahead and contact one of those two companies or your bank and see if you can figure it out.

If you are a new credit card user you may simply not have enough credit built up yet for Koodo to let you purchase a phone.

Thanks for your suggestion

@Neethu: So if they said so, then your credit score wasn't possibly good enough for them (because you are new to the system). If you would like, you could visit a Koodo kiosk and ask the agent there directly. You might also want to have a look at the spending limit program https://www.koodomobile.com/help/spending-limit-program
