i ordered a new phone sunday night. it is now Wednesday. I have yet to recieve my shipping/tracking information. I called Koodo last night and there verified everything with my order (billing and shipping info, weather my credit check was approved, etc) and the guy on the phone told me everything went through successfully and that I should recieve my phone December 7th. Yet i havent recieved any shipping/tracking info yet. this is confusing me. Im set to cancel the phone i have with my current provider but I cannot do so until i have my new phone. Can i expect to still recieve it monday even though i havent recieved a shipping info email yet??
