Hi Jela,

If data and location access are turned on (on the phone) and the phone still has a charged battery, you might be able to find the phone by using Android device manager from a laptop/desktop computer or tablet. If you think the phone is nearby, try calling your phone from a friends’ phone. If still you can’t find your phone, your next step would be to report the phone lost, by calling into Koodo at 1-866-995-6636.

Reporting a lost phone to Koodo will prevent unauthorized usage if your phone is found by someone else. If after reporting the phone lost and you happen to find your phone, you should be able to call Koodo from a friends' phone or a landline to have the lost restriction removed. I don't understand your question, try rephrasing please. If you're asking if Koodo will 'give' you a new phone, no they will not. You will have to purchase another phone.

Hey Jela! You can also report your phone stolen through your Koodo self-serve account http://koo.do/1TlXgoX .  All the best!
