my new number is not assigned

Both of my new number were not assigned. I have been able to port one without an issue but I need to use one Koodo number for a bit before porting it. The phone can make calls out without an issue. Calling the number is the problem.

This typically happens for a bit after a port. How long ago did you port your number over?

The number I ported works fine. Its the orig koodo numbers that are (were) the issue. I need to hold onto the second Koodo number until Monday. (But is not assigned, actually both were not assigned) I don't want to risk service interruptions on the second number until then. Thanks

Your un-ported Koodo number should be live. It may take a while for it to be shared across all providers so it rings at your device.
