My new bill is not showing the itemization of how it got to the amount owing. Showing last month's bill and then new amount owing.

My new billing is showing the itemization of the old bill which is paid and then a new amount owing at the bottom , but with no information about how the new amount owing was reached.

Hi Erwin, I've downloaded the PDF and the amount owing on that version and the amount in the billing on the Koodo site do not match up at all.  I'm lost.

Hi Bernard, the PDF I downloaded is last month's bill.  It is dated May 06, 2017 at the top.  I paid that bill on May 12.  I can't seem to get the bill for this month.  When I look online it shows the bill for May 06 and then at the bottom it shows the payment and then below that it shows a new balance of $50.32 but not information as to the charges etc. for this current billing.  Thanks for your help.

The PDF is not showing the payment made on May 12 or the new balance as shown online.  The May 06 bill was $33.30 and was paid in full on May 12.  The new billing should be dated for June.

Only the May bill that is available so far Dianne. You June bill hasn't been generated yet. I do see the last payment you made in My though. It will be shown on the June invoice.

This kind of time lag happens from time to time.
You might receive bill notification and bill amount was updated, but actual Bill wasn't ready untill next day.
My bill date is 14th and I usually receive my updated Ebill around 17-19th. :)
