My MOTO G4 PLUS is really giving me trouble!!! It started out with "CommServer has started" then I lost service. SO I tried to reboot, and now its frozen on the power off screen. Ive only had this phone for 3-4 months - NOT IMPRESSED!

Hello Camille.

Right now you can not do anything with the phone?

When the screen freezes or not responding to screen touch or input: Press and hold the Power key for 10 seconds to reboot it.

or simply remove the battery and after a few seconds reinsert it.

Align the metal contacts on the battery with the contacts inside the battery compartment.

The "CommServer has started" message appears to point to a charging problem, more specifically, the charger itself. If you have access to another wall charger, this should correct the problem. Or you can try charging the phone from a USB port on your computer, though the charge time may take a little longer. Turn the phone off and allow it to charge to full capacity.

Once fully charged, the notification icon and"CommServer has started" message should disappear. (The Moto G4 Plus has a non-removable battery).
