You might want to hide name/account # for privacy reasons but there should be another details page on bill showing Mobile services charges if compared with last month bill to help find the answer.

hi Michelle,
The screenshot of the Jan 2018 showed a credit of $10 (on the top right of the bill). The Feb 2018 didn't.
Do you know where the credit were from? and how long it stayed? When did you have the credit?

I have no idea whether it’s going to expiry or not. The account representative told me it’s not going to expire. Do you know How can I find out?

When did you open the line? if you opened the line recently, I think BOYD credit would be there for 1 year only.

Did you sign up with a promo plan that offered you $10 discount for x months?
And now it expired?

I think so but There is no expiry date for my discounted offer. I had this issue last time and I verified on this point back then. So there shouldn’t be an expiry date for my plan.

They offered BYOD promo from time to time.
They received credit of $x for 6 months or 12 months depends on when you signed up.

@Michelle, indeed there is an expiry. Your BYOD discount was for 12 months which is now over.
