I didn't realize I used.307 you actually charge 7.50 for that I have been with Koodo for over 2 years never missed a payment always pay early and you charge that for a. Small amount of time.

Not sure what you're saying. You refer to .307; are you talking about rifle cartridges? Airtime overage would cost $0.50 per minute, as would long distance calls to the US. Fifteen minutes of long distance and/or overage would come to $7.50. The fee for a late payment would be 2% of the past due balance.

$7.50 sounds like the old data overage charge that was received because you went over your limit by 0.307MB.
You can login to selfserve and view your usage at any time to make sure you dont go over or consider a new plan with shock free data.

.307 mb was all that was used. I don't use it this is the first time by error

As it isn't much and you say it is your first time you can contact Koodo and see if they will credit back the charge. There is no guarantee they will though.
There isn't much we can do here as we are customers just like you and reps only come in from time to time.
