When my phone was setup I was transferring from another phone company. I was on a joint account with my mom. Now, when it was setup I was only taking my phone off but they used my moms name and now I cant pay my bill because my credit card isn't under my moms name. How do I change this??
Have you actually tried paying the bill with your credit card? As far as I know, they only check the billing addresses to see if they match.
If you are trying to use an AMEX, Koodo's system sees some AMEX cards as international cards, so you'll need to call in and register your credit card with a rep.
