So recently my data plan seems to have stopped working entirely. Whenever I turn on cellular data, instead of connecting me to an LTE network it instead only gives me 3G but there's no internet connection whatsoever. I tried restarting my phone multiple times without any luck. I went in my SMS to see if I had gotten a message in regards to this issue but saw nothing. Then I went on my Koodo self serve account and tried seeing if it had to do with my data usage but the page was just blank. For some reason only pages having to do with the data plan were blank while the others like the one with my bill loaded up perfectly fine. I'm using and iPhone 5.
