I couldn't remember my password so I got Koodo to email me to reset it. I did that but now whenever I try to log in it simply says "something went wrong" It does this every time on both crome and micosoft edge and doesn't give any more information.
Alex can you send us a private message through Facebook? There look to be multiple profile creation attempts in your account, so we'll likely need to un-link the irrelevant ones and properly reset your actual profile. In order to do so, we'll need to validate you as the account owner.
