My LG G4 doesn't have data and I've already tried resetting the network.

Data won't work on my LG G4 even thought I've tried resetting my network and I've done the APN for Koodo, also turned airplane mode on and off.

Hi Michael,
Have you checked your self-serve and see if you had problems with data (reached data limit, no booster left (prepaid)). How about call/text? Can you make calls normally?

Try toggling Network Mode between GSM/WCMDA/LTE and GSM/WDCMA only. There might be a temporary glitch with LTE in your area.

I've checked my self serve and i have used 0mb of 4 gb and I'm month to month. I can call and text and use wifi. I tried toggling network modes but it didn't do anything. I forgot to mention that I just opened a koodo account 3 weeks ago and just ported the number 2 days ago,

Yes my Phone was on telus as a work phone last year and I've done the APN point

Koodo APN is not the same as Telus, I would check your phone APN and see if it was set to this https://www.koodomobile.com/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone

OK, let's be methodical in our approach:

1- Try the SIM in a different device to verify you have DATA connection through the network

2- If you can find a different provider SIM (from friends/family) to test your LG for DATA connection.

3- Once your sure both your SIM and LG pass their respective DATA test, reboot your cell with your Koodo SIM installed.

4- Make sure your network is on "LTE/WCMA/GSM" and "Network Selection" is on Automatic.

5- Double check your APN settings (PDF will be post in comments section"

If after ALL this you have no data on your LG, back-up your infos and do a factory reset.
