I purchased a Note 2 from Koodo around September 2014. I have had great service other than an issue I had with pre authorized payments but that has been resolved. My Note 2 had started getting really hot recently just under normal usage, (Browser or Facebook running) but I constantly close my apps and never have more than 1 active app running at a time. as a result my battery now after being fully charged lasts for less than 12 hours with power saver mode on. My phone now gets so hot it could actually burn you if you touch it in certain spots. Looking to upgrade to a new phone for a new 2 year contract. is there anyway I can get some sort of a credit towards my current Tab to do the upgrade? I have been offered port in credits from Bell, with the LG G3 for $0, but I do enjoy the service I get with Koodo and don't necessarily want to change, but the bottom line is money.
