My koodo name and credit card name are different - koodo won't acccept payment

Like many people, I have a common/nickname for family and a birth registered name for legal stuff.  My credit card has my legal name, while the Koodo account is set up under my common name.  Everything was fine when I made payment last month.  This month, Koodo is rejecting my card, stating the following error: "The name and address on your credit card has to match our files."

Ideally, this can be solved by changing the Koodo account holder name to my legal name.  Right now, I can't make payment, so we need this resolved one way or another quickly.  I would have called Koodo, but I can't find a phone number, despite there being a button for phone contact..  Don't make me chase you to give you money!

You can call 611, or contact them on Facebook private messenger to get your credit card registered, Theresa.

*611 is the dialling sequence, but Facebook is likely the smoothest oath, as Sophia indicates.
