My kids phone is with koodo. Mine isn't. Is there any way to get bill notifications to my phone number instead of hers?

My daughter's phone is through koodo. Mine is not, but I pay for her phone as she is underage. Is there any way to receive billing notifications to a different number than the one on the koodo account?

No. You can only send the notification to a number that is on the Koodo account.
I mean ...you could switch to Koodo if they have a similar plan?

I can't. I work for the competition so my phone has to be with them while I'm there. But thank you for your response.

How about if there is only one line in the account?
The account/line is set up as account owner ( I mean there is only one line), who will be an authorized person...?

@Mayumi: I enabled this on my account. From what I understand, the users cannot activate easyroam using SMS (if I texted ROAM to 7626, it said "oops, how embarrassing......"). Users won't be able to top up data with SMS.

You need to do everything in selfserve to enable those sms authorization.

I thought this new feature only control subscriber's line(s).

If she is underage, who opened her account?
Can you access to self serve?  If you can, you just login to it and see the Ebill.  (You can reminder on your phone/calendar)

Well I did obviously. Being that I'm her mother.... Hence the statement "I pay for her phone because she is underage"

Is the email,address that was set up for the account your daughters or is it yours? You can have billing notifications sent to the email address as well as a text being sent to the phone.

It's mine and apparently it's on my account but I've never received any notifications to my email address.

In self serve under billing make sure it is set to send notifications to email. Make sure you see your email address in there. There has been some problems where the email address is not showing then you will have to call Koodo and have them set that up.
