3G is on and toggling airplane mode makes no difference. No change in location used or plan or anything. Like this for 2 days.

Hello Stuart,

Have you tried turning your iPhone on/off + remove the SIM card?

Yes to on and off, but no to removing SIM card. Is that easy to do?

Will do when completed. When card out, does phone need to be turned on and off or just take Sim out and then reinsert and try it?

It is best to turn the phone off to remove the SIM card. Leave the phone off when it is out and then turn it back on once the SIM card is placed back into the phone,
