Did you check your selfserve? what did it say?
Are you on prepaid or postpaid?

Could be a bad SIM card. Is there an opportunity to swap SIM with another Koodo/ Telus user or stop by a retailer?

Can you try to reset the network settings in your phone? (general --> reset --> reset network settings).

If that reset network settings doesn't work then you need to check your selfserve and see if your account was ok, and then check the SIM tomorrow.

I am glad it helped :). Cheers.

Btw, because you reset the network settings, you would need to reenter any wifi passwords there.
