My husband wants to delete data from his phone

My husband took the promo in June re: 200 MB extra data free for 6 months and we decided to end this today and koodoo self serve will not let us delete the promo add on. Is this fixed until December and if so will this automatically end as a promo or will we be billed and be stuck with this? We do not want the extra $10 charge come December and want to end it now, but self serve continuously states error when we try to delete the new add on  that is free until December. How can this be fixed without added cost so we can return to our original plan.

Promo add-ons are special SKU/plan codes that aren't easily removed. It will likely just fall off on its own. I don't think you can delete it early.

Jonathan is right Lori-Anne! The promo will automatically end. We don't use "bait and switch" tactics, where the charges for a free promo would kick in without your consent. If in December your husband feels data is a good thing to have he can sign up for the appropriate plan at the time.
