Koodo just recently started selling them again so you're in luck. Your fastest option is to buy a new one. You can just go to a kiosk and say "I need to upgrade my phone" and then they'll be able to to tell you how much you'd have to pay off on your old Tab and how the new system works. Depending on when you bought it, it could be beneficial to change your plan since the new system separates phone subsidy from the plan prices now.

Or you can also go to a Koodo shop and send it out for repairs, but that takes longer and it might end up costing more than getting a new one.
