My email stopped coming in on October 31st. Keep getting error message that login attempt failed. Can this be explained to me. Thanks.

Have you changed your email password recently? I would remove the email account and add it back again

Please explain if you are using a phone based email client? If so which email service provider?

If your email is accessible via a computer try logging in to the email account with the pw you think is the proper pw. If you can log in then your phone has the incorrect pw. Go to your email settings on the phone and change the pw. As Ahmad suggested removing the email account on the phone and setting it up again may resolve the issue.

When you say "my email", are you referring to your monthly bill notification by email?

I was referring to my email in general. I think it working again after I deleted the email sign in that was there and re-entered my address and password on a new login.
