my email is no longer recognized and I can't get coverage for my phone. Why is this suddenly changed?

Are you referring to self-serve RE your email? If so then try on other browsers and devices. If that won't work and you're sur you have the right email you might have to call In to get your self-serve account recreated.

What does your phone say about coverage? You're still in a place of good coverage ?Toggle airplane mode and restart your phone. If it still wont't connect go into network connection in setting and make sure that you have wcdma/3g/lte or something like that selected. If still nothing go to manual network selection mode, wait for the list to populate, and select the Koodo 3g/hspa/wcdma network and see if you can connect. If not put the Sim card in another phone to see if the problem follows. If you don't know anyone you can swap with you can go to work Koodo store to test it out with a demo sim/ phone they will gav.
